Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with labels attached and in the original packaging. On receipt we will exchange or refund as requested below.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.
Faulty/Damaged Items
If you have received a faulty/damaged item, we’re very sorry and we will of course help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
